CRYPTOAGILE NETWORK MANAGEMENT

A cryptoagile network includes a plurality of local devices, first hardware trust anchors of a first anchor type able to perform cryptographic operations and/or process cryptographic information items according to a number of first cryptographic algorithms, and second hardware trust anchors of a second anchor type different from the first anchor type able to perform cryptographic operations and/or process cryptographic information items according to a number of second cryptographic algorithms different from the first cryptographic algorithms. An anchor selection provider is coupled between the local devices and the first and second hardware trust anchors. The anchor selection provider receives requests with cryptographic requirements for execution of cryptographic operations and/or for provision of cryptographic material/data from the local devices and selects, based on the received cryptographic requirements, one or more of the first and second hardware trust anchors for execution of the requested cryptographic operations and/or for provision of the requested cryptographic material/data.
