Zusammenfassung:	The present application relates to the technical field of drying, and in particular, relates to a drying apparatus and an electrode sheet drying device. The drying apparatus comprises: a drying oven; a conveying belt passing through the drying oven, a member to be dried being provided on one side of the conveying belt, and the conveying belt being used for conveying the member; and an air blowing mechanism, arranged on the side of the member away from the conveying belt and used for blowing air to the member, so that the member is attached to the conveying belt. By using the mode, in the present application, a member to be dried can conveniently and safely pass through the drying apparatus, and then the production efficiency of the member can be guaranteed.
