An embodiment of the present invention provides a method for constructing a sound absorbing structure, including spraying an object with a hot-melt resin that is in a melted condition and has a melt viscosity of 200,000 mPa·s or less at 180 °C, thereby forming a resin fiber layer as a sound absorbing material.
