Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a non-aqueous electrolyte and a lithium-ion battery comprising the non-aqueous electrolyte. In order to solve the technical problem in the prior art of potential safety hazards caused by battery overcharging, the present invention provides a non-aqueous electrolyte, containing a lithium salt, an organic solvent, and an additive. The additive contains 2-phenyl-benzothiazole and a derivative thereof, and can form a passivation film on the surface of a positive electrode when a lithium-ion battery is overcharged, so as to prevent the voltage of the battery from further increasing during overcharging; the additive makes the temperature of the electrolyte rise slower during overcharging; and the addition of the additive not only does not affect the room temperature cycle performance of the lithium-ion battery, but can even improve the room temperature cycle performance of the lithium-ion battery, thereby effectively avoiding the potential safety hazards caused by battery overcharging. |
