Zusammenfassung:A display panel and a display apparatus. The display panel comprises a pixel driving circuit. The pixel driving circuit comprises a first-type transistor and a second-type transistor. The display panel further comprises: a base substrate (90), a first active layer, a second active layer, and a first conductive layer. The first active layer is located on one side of the base substrate (90), at least a part of the structure of the first active layer being used for forming a channel region of the first-type transistor. The second active layer is located on the side of the first active layer facing away from the base substrate (90), at least a part of the structure of the second active layer being used for forming a channel region of the second-type transistor. The first conductive layer is located between the first active layer and the second active layer, a part of the structure of the first conductive layer being used for forming a gate of the first-type transistor, and a part of the structure of the first conductive layer being used for forming a bottom gate of the second-type transistor.
