Zusammenfassung:	The present disclosure relates to a device with omnidirectional movement for supporting a user's gait and respective operating method, wherein the device comprises a controller; a shaft with a grip for support of the user; and a base which comprises: an upper plate and a lower plate for supporting electronic components including said controller, at least three wheels for supporting the base, and at least three electric actuators for acting on said wheels; wherein the controller is configured for controlling the actuators for acting on said wheels for correcting the user's gait; wherein the actuators are distributed between the upper plate and the lower plate; wherein the grip comprises a plurality of vibrotactile motors for giving feedback to the user; wherein the shaft is connected to the upper plate of the base by a connection element.
