Zusammenfassung:A lifting desk support having rapid mounting structures, and a lifting desk. The lifting desk support comprises a longitudinal beam (3) and a cross beam assembly, wherein the at least one set of rapid mounting structures is arranged on the longitudinal beam (3) and the cross beam assembly. The set of rapid mounting structures comprises a boss (4), which is arranged on the longitudinal beam (3) and has a slope; and a notch (1), which is provided on the cross beam assembly, wherein a locking block (41) of the boss (3) is embedded into the cross beam assembly by means of a first groove section (11) of the notch (1); and a force in an axial direction of a cross beam (2) is applied to the longitudinal beam (3), such that the locking block (41) enters a second groove section (12) of the notch (1), such that locking is achieved. By means of the lifting desk support, the longitudinal beam (3) and the cross beam assembly are rapidly assembled, such that assembly is rapid and efficient, and the cost is saved on.
