Zusammenfassung:	Nicotine delivery devices and systems, particularly smoking cessation systems are provided by the present disclosure. Such devices and systems produce a nicotine-containing aerosol for inhalation that mimics smoking. The devices are capable of being adapted to control the amount of nicotine delivered to taper the amount of nicotine delivered to the user over time. Methods for treating patients to stop smoking are also disclosed. The devices, systems and methods can also be used to deliver other drugs disclosed herein, such as opioids (e.g., fentanyl).
