The lithium adsorption layer includes a lithium titanium oxide. A method for preparing the magnetic titanium-based lithium adsorbent includes the following steps: a magnetic composite is obtained; a precursor of the magnetic titanium-based lithium adsorbent is prepared; and pre-desorption is carried out.
