Zusammenfassung: | A method of managing software feature access using non-fungible tokens wherein a request for a user to access a software application is received, the request referring to an NFT stored in a cryptographically-immutable distributed database and an address of the user within the database 800. A determination is made that the address of the user holds the NFT by reading blocks of entries of the database 802 and granting the user identifier access to a feature of a software application if the address does hold the NFT and transmitting confirmation to the user device that access has been granted 804. The request may also identify the requested feature. The NFT may contain a reference to metadata in separate storage which identifies the feature which may be used to determine the feature in response to determining that the user address holds the NFT. Upon determining that the address holds the NFT an entry may be submitted to the database indicating that the NFT is in use by the software application, this entry may be digitally signed by the application or the user. |
