Zusammenfassung:	A waste incineration facility (1) includes an incinerator (3) that incinerates waste, a flue gas passage (4) through which a flue gas discharged from the incinerator (3) flows, a dust collector (42) provided in the flue gas passage (4), a recirculating flue gas line (6) that is connected to a discharge position (P1) located downstream of the dust collector (42) in the flue gas passage (4) and that takes out, as a recirculating flue gas, part of the flue gas flowing through the flue gas passage (4) to supply the recirculating flue gas into the incinerator (3), and an oxygen mixer (68) that mixes the recirculating flue gas flowing through the recirculating flue gas line (6) with a high-concentration oxygen gas that has a higher oxygen concentration than air. Accordingly, it is possible to easily reduce the amount of flue gas.
