Zusammenfassung:	There is provided a stainless steel powder which can manufacture a stainless steel member having excellent high-temperature proof stress and excellent oxidation resistance.The stainless steel powder has a chemical composition including, in % by mass: C: 0.20% or less; Si: 2.0% or less; Mn: 2.0% or less; P: 0.040% or less; S: 0.010% or less; Cr: 18.0 to 35.0%; Ni: 1.0% or less; Cu: 0.50 to 4.0%; Nb: 0.7 to 3.0%; Mo: 6.0% or less; W: 6.0% or less; N: 0.030% or less; and O: 0.10% or less, the balance being Fe and incidental impurities, and the composition satisfying the following inequality (1): Mo+W≥2.0 where Mo and W represent the contents (% by mass) of Mo and W, respectively.
