Zusammenfassung: | Disclosed are systems and methods for determining daytime alertness of users. A system can include at least one sensor for sensing physical phenomenon of a user and a computer system. The computer system can receive, from the sensor, sensor readings of the user during a sleep session, provide, as input, the sensor readings to a model that was trained to predict alertness levels of the user based on physical phenomenon of the user and/or historic data about the user and/or a population of users, receive, as output from the model, data indicating predicted alertness levels of the user for a period of time, determine behavior suggestions for the user based on the predicted alertness levels for the period of time, and generate output to be presented in a graphical user interface display to the user including at least one of (i) the predicted alertness levels and (ii) the behavior suggestions. |
