A pulverizing roller (13) includes: a support part rotatably supported with respect to the housing; and a circular annular roller part (49) fixed to the support part and configured to pulverize solid fuel between the pulverizing table and the roller part. The roller part (49) has a base part (51) fixed to a journal housing (48) and a ceramic part (52) provided to the outer circumferential face of the base part (51), having a different linear expansion coefficient from the base part (51), and having higher wear resistance than the base part (51). The interface (53) between the base part (51) and the ceramic part (52) in a cross section taken along a plane including a direction in which a rotation central axis of the roller part (49) extends has a curved part (53a) curved protruding toward an outer circumferential face (49a) of the roller part (49) on an end face (13b) side from a maximum wear point (P1) of the outer circumferential face (49a) of the roller part (49), the maximum wear point (P1) being most likely to be worn, and the end face (13b) being one of both end faces of the pulverizing roller and being the closer to the maximum wear point (P1).
