One aspect of the invention relates to an electrical joining device for connecting a first section (410) and a second section (420) of an electric cable, comprising a first cabling head (200) including an L-shaped first conductive element (210), mounted on the end of the first cable section (410), and a first insulating element (220) surrounding the first conductive element (210); a second cabling head (300) including an L-shaped second conductive element (310), mounted on the end of the second cable section (420), and a second insulating element (320) covering the second conductive element (310), an arm (311) of the second conductive element, covered by the second insulating element (320), being housed between the first conductive element (210) and the first insulating element (220) so as to permit a rotation between the first cabling head (200) and the second cabling head (300). Another aspect of the invention relates to a connection method using this joining device.
