Zusammenfassung: | A fully automatic flow-through immunoassay system and an immunoassay method thereof are disclosed. The immunoassay method is realized in a system comprising a to-be-detected area, a bar code recognition area, a conveying area, a plurality of detection areas, a storage area, a controller and a power supply, each detection area comprising a sample feeding/recovery unit, a conveyor belt unit, a shaking unit, a strip stacking unit, a reaction cup transferring unit, a sample arm, a reagent arm, a reagent chamber unit, an incubation unit, a liquid path unit, a waste recovery unit and a detection unit. The fully automatic flow-through immunoassay system and the immunoassay method thereof in the present invention are applicable to multiple sample types, multi-index and multi-thread pipelined asynchronous detection is implemented, so that the detection speed and the application flexibility are greatly improved, and the application requirements of more customers can be met; and meanwhile, the detection waiting time is reduced, and the use convenience is further improved. |
