Zusammenfassung:	Embodiments of the disclosure describe a replaceable module (100) for a gas detector (200). The replaceable module (100) may include a sensor housing (101) and a cover (104). The sensor housing (101) is adapted to accommodate a sensor (102) and a first sensor circuit (103) of the gas detector (200). The sensor (102) is detachably connected to the first sensor circuit (103). The cover (104) is detachably connected to the sensor housing (101). The cover (104) may include at least one resilient engaging member (105) extending from the cover (104) and defines at least one protrusion (104a) adapted to engage with a lower enclosure (202) of the gas detector (200) to restrict a movement of the cover (104) relative to the lower enclosure (202).
