Zusammenfassung:	The present application provides a method for preparing a drug-linker conjugate. Specifically, the present application provides a method for preparing compound IM2, which comprises the following steps: adding compound SM1 to a mixed solution of triphosgene and 4-dimethylaminopyridine to obtain an intermediate solution; adding compound SM2 to the intermediate solution, stirring the mixture, thereby obtaining compound IM2. The stability, practicality and scalability of the process are improved by optimizing the preparation process of IM2 and using a normal chromatography purification method that is easily scalable.
