The three dimensional modeling method includes a modeling step S3 of modeling the modeled object 62 with first powder 50, the modeled object 62 including an opening 82 connecting the cavity 81 and an outside of the modeled object 62;a filling step S6 of filling the cavity 81 with second powder 52 from the opening 82; a sintering step S8 of sintering a green body 63 whose cavity 81 has been filled with the second powder 52 in the filling step S6, the green body 63 resulting from the modeled object 62; and a removing step S9 of removing the second powder 52 in the cavity 81 from the opening 82.
