Zusammenfassung:The present disclosure relates to topical formulations comprising the JAK 1/2 inhibitor rusotinib or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof and an organic amine pH regulator, and methods of treating skin disorders using the topical formulations. The skin diseases treated include, but are not limited to, psoriasis, atopic dermatitis, alopecia, vitiligo, Rett syndrome, pityriasis rubra, simplex epidermis bullosa, palmoplantar keratoderma, congenital thyroidism, multiple lipocystoma, cutaneous lichen planus, cutaneous T-cell lymphoma, hidradenitis suppurativa, contact dermatitis, ichthyosis, and keratinization conditions. The organic amine pH regulator is tertiary amine or alkanolamine.
