Zusammenfassung:Systems, apparatuses, and methods provide for determining whether an arterial blood pressure signal damping event is occurring and automatically flushing a catheter tubing in response to a determination that the arterial blood pressure signal damping event is occurring. In one example, the determination whether an arterial blood pressure signal damping event is occurring is based on a specific pattern change of the arterial blood pressure signal within a specified time window and beyond one or more specified threshold values. Additionally, or alternatively, a determination may be made as to whether the arterial blood pressure signal damping event is resolved in response to the automatic flush of the catheter tubing based on the arterial blood pressure signal.
