Zusammenfassung:	A secondary battery includes an electrode assembly, an electrolyte solution, a seal tape, and a can. The electrode assembly has a structure in which a positive electrode, a negative electrode, and a separator are in a wound state. The seal tape includes a base and an adhesive layer provided on one surface of the base. The can accommodates the electrode assembly and the electrolyte solution. The negative electrode is disposed along an outer circumferential surface of the electrode assembly and the seal tape is provided on the outer circumferential surface. The adhesive layer is configured to expand when in contact with the electrolyte solution.
