Zusammenfassung:	A present invention is a smokehouse comprising a smoke chamber (5), a pellet burner (3) fluidly connected to the smoke chamber (5) via a smoke channel (35) so that a heat (12) generated by the pellet burner (3) can flow into the smoke chamber (5), and an air flow ventilator (2) fluidly connected to the pellet burner (3) and configured to supply an air flow to the pellet burner (3). The smokehouse further comprises an ozone generator (1) for generation an ozone and supply the ozone to the pellet burner (3) so that flue gases are produced under ozone-enriched combustion conditions, resulting in fumes with a reduced concentration of benzo(a)pyrene in the finished product. The smokehouse further comprises a smoke generator (4) for controlled generation of smoke to maintain controlled smoked meat characteristics.
