A feature decoding method, according to the present disclosure, is a feature decoding method performed by a feature decoding device and may comprise the steps of: dividing a current feature channel into feature blocks on the basis of information on division of the current feature channel; and reconstructing a current feature block on the basis of first transform information which is information on a transform of the current feature block from among the feature blocks.
