Zusammenfassung:The purpose of the present disclosure is to provide a photoluminescent coating material composition that forms a coating film which has excellent metallic gloss and in which unevenness is unlikely to occur, when being used not only in robotic coating but also in coating using a liquid discharge head in which discharging is controlled by changing the relative distance between a valve body and a discharge port. A photoluminescent coating material composition according to the present disclosure has the following configuration. The photoluminescent coating material composition contains water, a scale-like aluminum pigment (A), and nanocellulose (B). The scale-like aluminum pigment (A) has volume mean particle diameters of d50 within a range of 0.5-8.0 µm and d90 within a range of 2.0-15.0 µm.
