The present invention relates to a block polymer (X) for a shoe sole, containing as constituent units: a block of polyolefin (a) below; and a block of polyalkylene glycol (b) below, the polyolefin (a) containing propylene and ethylene as constituent monomers with a weight ratio of propylene to ethylene (propylene/ethylene) within a range of 90/10 to 99.5/0.5, and the polyalkylene glycol (b) containing C3-C4 alkylene glycol as a constituent monomer.
