Zusammenfassung:	An ultrasonic impact grinding assembly (10) includes a base (28) with a mount (30) for connecting a workpiece (W) to the base (28) and a first tool arm (16a). The ultrasonic impact grinding assembly also includes a second tool arm (16b). The first tool arm (16a) and the second tool arm (16b) each include a base end, a distal end, at least one joint between the base end and the distal end, and at least one actuator configured to move the at least one j oint. A first ultrasonic impact grinding tool head (42a) is connected to the distal end of the first tool arm (16a). A second ultrasonic impact grinding tool head (42b) is connected to the distal end of the second tool arm (16b).
