Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a method (S0) for generating a virtual prototype of a vehicle (1) on the basis of data from road measurements, comprising the following work steps: * acquiring values of measurement variables of a measurement run (S1); * calculating at least one value for a pitch-gradient-during-acceleration parameter on the basis of the recorded values of the measurement variables (S2); * simulating the vehicle using a vehicle model (S3), wherein at least anti-features of the vehicle suspension, in particular "anti-lift front" and "anti-squat rear", a vehicle type of the vehicle, and the following physical properties of the vehicle go into the vehicle model: * o spring stiffness; * o damper stiffness; * o wheelbase; * o position of centre of gravity and location of centre of gravity, and vehicle mass, wherein at least values of the pitch-gradient-during-acceleration parameter are output as a target variable; * comparing the at least one value of the pitch-gradient-during-acceleration parameter calculated on the basis of the road measurement with the values of the pitch-gradient-during-acceleration parameter simulated using the vehicle model (S4); * adapting the vehicle model in order to align the simulated pitch-gradient-during-acceleration parameter with the pitch-gradient-during-acceleration parameter calculated on the basis of the road measurement by adjusting it by the values of the anti-features, in particular "anti-lift front" and "anti-squat rear" (S5); and * outputting values for the anti-features of the vehicle model (S6); wherein the work steps of simulating, comparing and adapting are repeated until a termination condition is met.
