Zusammenfassung:	Stacking apparatus and method for stacking a separator strip (NS) and sheets of foil (201, 301) comprising a stacking unit (1) comprising a stacking surface (10), a feeding unit (20) of said separator strip (NS) comprising an outgoing orientation control device (R2) placed directly upstream of said stacking unit (10), said outgoing orientation control device (R2) being designed to define an outgoing reference direction (DRU), a handling unit (130) configured to respectively move said outgoing orientation control device (R2) and/or said stacking surface (10) so as to maintain a first distance (D1) between said outgoing orientation control device (R2) and said stacking surface (10), measured according to said outgoing reference direction (DRU), comprised between 0 and 30 mm.
