Zusammenfassung:Disclosure are a pixel circuit (40), a display panel (1, 10), and a display device (100). The pixel circuit (40) includes a control unit (50), a light-emitting unit (60), and a drive unit (70). The control unit (50) is configured to control both a first light-emitting element (A) of the light-emitting unit (60) and a second light-emitting element (B) of the light-emitting unit (60) to be electrically connected to a first power supply ELVSS to emit light. In this disclosure, the pixel circuit (40) is provided with the first light-emitting element (A) and the second light-emitting element (B). The control unit (50) is configured to control one light-emitting element of the light-emitting unit (60) to emit light, and control the other light-emitting element of the light-emitting unit (60) to receive a second cathode voltage to discharge charges accumulated in the other light-emitting element, so as to prolong the service life of the light-emitting unit (60) and reduce the risk of screen burning.
