Zusammenfassung:	A photoelectric conversion device capable of curbing deterioration in image quality due to erroneous counting has a photoelectric conversion element having pixels constituted of avalanche photodiodes, a first control unit controlling a reverse bias voltage applied to the avalanche photodiodes, and a second control unit setting an exposure time of the photoelectric conversion element. The first control unit controls the reverse bias voltage in accordance with an exposure time set by the second control unit.
