Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates, in one embodiment thereof, to a peptide having affinity for human transferrin receptor, which can be used for binding to any of compounds (a protein, a nucleic acid, a low molecular weight compound, and the like) that should be caused to function in the central nervous system (CNS), in order to allow the compound to pass through the blood-brain barrier, and the use of the peptide. The peptide is, for example, a peptide having the amino acid sequence selected from the group consisting of amino acid sequences set forth in SEQ ID NOs:3 to 7 and 55, or a mutant thereof. |
