Zusammenfassung: | A signal-injecting device (1) for injecting variable-frequency electrical probe signals (SP) into a lightning protection system of a wind turbine (13) or a part thereof without disconnecting the lightning protection system from a main grounding path (5) galvanically connecting the lightning protection system to the ground s disclosed, said signal-injecting device (1) comprising one or more ferrite cores (7) arranged around a protection unit, such as a down conductor (4), of the lightning protection system, around the main grounding path (5) or at a connection point between the protection unit and the main grounding path (5) and a signal source (6) being configured to generate and inject variable-frequency electrical probe signals (SP) into the lightning protection system, the signal source (6) being connected across the one or more ferrite cores (7). Furthermore, a condition-monitoring device (8) comprising such signal-injecting device (1) and methods for injecting a probe signal (SR) into a lightning protection system of a wind turbine (13) and for monitoring the condition of such light protection system are disclosed. |
