Zusammenfassung:Provided are a fully automatic detection system (100) and a fully automatic detection method. The fully automatic detection system (100) includes: a first detection device (101) configured to perform a physical scanning on an object to be inspected; a second detection device (102) provided on an upstream or a downstream of the first detection device (101), and configured to perform a chemical detection on the object to be inspected; and a conveying device (103) configured to convey the object to be inspected to the first detection device (101) and the second detection device (102). The second detection device (102) includes a flexible sampling mechanism. The flexible sampling mechanism includes: a first flexible sampling mechanism configured to collect particle sample on the object to be inspected; and a second flexible sampling mechanism configured to collect gas sample on the object to be inspected. The fully automatic detection system features high detection accuracy, fast detection speed and simple operation, and the detection may be completed automatically.
