Zusammenfassung:	A valve head structure and a flow regulating valve with the valve head structure. The valve head structure is disposed in a valve body of the flow regulating valve for closing or avoiding a valve port of the valve body. The valve head structure includes: a valve head, which is movably disposed in the valve body; and an accommodating groove, which is formed in the valve head and is used for accommodating fluid in the valve body, wherein a distance between the valve head and the valve port is adjustable, and when the valve head moves to a position where the distance with the valve port is the maximum, at least part of the accommodating groove is located in an accommodating cavity of the valve body. The valve head structure of the present invention solves the problem that the settings of the valve head structure in a prior art have large flow resistance, thus affecting the flow of the fluid in the flow regulating valve.
