Zusammenfassung:	A filter element for filtering fluid has a filter bellows with a zigzag folded filter medium arranged in a reinforcement frame. A seal is arranged at least partially continuously at least in section at a circumferential side of the filter medium at a raw side inlet surface or clean side outlet surface of the filter bellows. Elongate adhesive sections are arranged along an unwinding of folds of the filter medium in adhesive tracks at an inflow side or outflow side, or both, of the folds. The adhesive tracks at the inflow side and outflow side are arranged offset in transverse direction of the filter medium. At least the adhesive tracks at the outflow side are designed to relieve tension for a length change compensation of the adhesive tracks at the outflow side in relation to filter medium and/or seal. A filter system with such a filter element is provided.
