The systems also include a force sensor that measures the user-generated forces acting on the bands, and a computing device that acquires and displays information relating to the exercise session. The systems can generate recommendations for future exercise sessions based on the acquired information, so that exercise sessions can be tailed to the specific needs and capabilities of the user.
