Zusammenfassung:	When using an ophthalmological laser therapy system, it is advantageous if the system can be installed globally without a person skilled in the art and flexibly in terms of space. This demands operability at a power consumption of only 1600 watts. The problem addressed by the present invention is therefore that of ensuring operability even when power peaks occur. The problem is solved by an intermediate storage unit (10) for an ophthalmological laser therapy system (1) with power consumption of up to 1600 watts, which system has an electrical load element (20).
