The thickness of a first opposing section (71), of the insulative tape (50), which faces the positive electrode lead (20) is configured to be thinner than the thickness of a second opposing section (72), of the insulative tape (50), which faces the positive electrode mix layer (62). The second opposing section (72) includes a substrate layer (81) and an adhesive layer (82). The first opposing section (71) may be configured so as not to have the adhesive layer (82).
