Zusammenfassung:	A battery pack (500) disclosed herein includes a plurality of rectangular secondary batteries (100) that are disposed along an arrangement direction (X), and a spacer (200) that is disposed between the rectangular secondary batteries (100) that are adjacent in the arrangement direction (X). The spacer (200) includes a first part (210) and a second part (220), the first part (210) has an elastic modulus of 1 MPa or more and 10 MPa or less, the second part (220) includes a porous part (222), and 50 mass% or more of the entire porous part (222) is occupied by a material that satisfies both the following conditions: (1) a classification of heat resistance based on JIS K 6380 (2014) is E or more; and (2) the elastic modulus in the arrangement direction (X) is 0.02 MPa or more and 0.9 MPa or less.
