Zusammenfassung: | A measurement method for a physical quantity change of an adhered substance that changes due to external stimulation comprises: measuring a physical quantity change of the adhered substance on an adhesion target by causing a detection unit, in which the adhesion target and the adhered substance placed thereon are on a sensor including a crystal resonator, so as to resonate in a medium; and measuring change in a resonance frequency of the crystal resonator caused by external stimulation to the detection unit, wherein the external stimulation is chemical injection or a temperature change, wherein the change in the physical quantity is a change in an elastic modulus of the adhered substance, a change in an elastic modulus of a laminated part due to detachment of the adhered substance or a change in weight of the adhered substance, and wherein the medium is gas or liquid. |
