METHOD FOR PRODUCING ALKOXYSILYL ALKYLAMINOPROPYL-MODIFIED POLYSILOXANE COMPOUND

According to the present invention, a method for producing a compound represented by general formula (3) by having a compound represented by general formula (1) and a compound represented by genera formula (2) react with each other reaches a sufficient reaction rate at a low temperature in a short time, and provides an alkoxysilyl alkylaminoalkyl-modified polysiloxane compound which has a low polymer content and good storage stability, while being suppressed in coloration.(In general formula (1), R1 represents a monovalent hydrocarbon group; X represents a hydrogen atom or R13Si (wherein R1 is as described above); and p represents an integer of 1 to 1,000.)(In general formula (2), each of R2 and R3 represents a monovalent hydrocarbon group; R4 represents a divalent hydrocarbon group which may contain a sulfur atom or the like; q represents 0 or 1; and r represents 0, 1 or 2.)(In general formula (3), R1 to R4, p, q and r are as described above; and Y represents a substituent represented by general formula (4)(wherein R2 to R4, q and r are as described above) or R13Si (wherein R1 is as described above).)
