Zusammenfassung: | A terminal position is determined with differential Global Navigation Satellite System (DGNSS) using GNSS signals from a plurality of satellite vehicles and differential corrections generated by a reference station for the GNSS signals and broadcast via a DGNSS server. The use of the differential corrections for positioning is interrupted when the determined terminal position does not improve with use of the differential corrections. The differential corrections may be interrupted for a period of time so that the terminal no longer receives the broadcast of the differential corrections or so that the differential corrections are not used for position estimation in order to reduce power consumption and reduce processing operations. The DGNSS capabilities of the terminal, such as the supported GNSS constellations and/or frequency bands, may be used by the DGNSS server to select differential corrections to broadcast to the terminal. |
