Zusammenfassung:	Delivery systems for expandable elements, such as stents or scaffolds are described along with associated methods for using such systems. The delivery systems can be provided with a stent and/or a balloon the is enclosed by a sheath that need not extend an entire length of the delivery system. Instead, the sheath can be coupled to a control wire for retraction and advancement of the sheath. By enclosing the stent and/or balloon with a short sheath, the profile of the delivery system is reduced.
