According to embodiments of the present disclosure, there is provided a method, apparatus, electronic device, storage medium and program product of code management. The method described herein comprises: in response to a request for creating an executable file, obtaining corresponding developed code from a code library; compiling the developed code into intermediate code to determine security of the intermediate code; and in accordance with a determination that the intermediate code is secure, generating an executable file based on the intermediate code. In this way, the embodiments of the present disclosure can effectively guarantee the security and compliance of the developed code.
