The anti-fog coating material is prepared from raw materials including a hydrophilic copolymer, an epoxy resin, a coupling agent, a curing agent, and a first solvent. The hydrophilic copolymer is prepared from raw materials including a hydrophilic monomer, an initiator, and a second solvent. The solubility of the epoxy resin in water is greater than or equal to 90%. The solubility of the hydrophilic copolymer in water is greater than or equal to 90%.
