Zusammenfassung:	A signal distributing device is to be equipped with a plastic housing (600) and still be shielded as efficiently as possible. For this purpose, the plastic housing (600) comprises a device connection part (6) having at least one cylindrical recess (60) with a contact support (7) arranged therein. A metal shielding sleeve (1) with a self-tapping outer thread (3) is screwed into the recess. A shielding housing (100) is arranged in the interior of the plastic housing (600), enclosing a circuit support (9) and electrically contacting the ground connection thereof, and is additionally connected to the shielding sleeve (1) of the signal distributing device via an electrically conductive connection element (160), thereby maintaining a mechanical tolerance compensation.
