Provided are an antenna module, a communication device having the antenna module, and a communication system, which can achieve precise antenna orientation angle adjustment and can implement multi-directional directional communication between communication devices. The communication system comprises a plurality of communication devices; on the basis of location information of an opposite-end communication device among the communication devices, an antenna module of a first communication device determines a first target radiation position corresponding to the location information of the opposite-end communication device and determines a corresponding first antenna radiation position according to the first target radiation position so as to point to the opposite-end communication device. On the basis of location information of the first communication device, the opposite-end communication device determines a second target radiation position corresponding to the location information of the first communication device and determines a corresponding second antenna radiation position according to the second target radiation position so as to point to the first communication device.
