Zusammenfassung:	The present disclosure relates to a method of separating and concentrating a large number of extracellular vesicles (EVs) from various tissues, and more particularly, to a method of quickly separating and concentrating a large number of extracellular vesicles to be separated from animal and human tissues using multiple washing processes, enzyme reactions, and filters.According to the method of separating and concentrating a large number of tissue-derived extracellular vesicles (exosomes and ectosomes) of the present disclosure, compared to conventional exosome isolation kits or ultra-high-speed centrifugation methods, extracellular vesicles from tissues may be rapidly separated and concentrated in large quantities.
