Zusammenfassung:A row unit coupling device (300) for securing a first row unit (50a) and a second row unit (50b) to a tool bar (22) of an agricultural implement is disclosed. The row unit coupling device (300) comprising: an upper main linkage (304a) having a first end (310a) and a second end (3 10b), the second end (310b) of the upper main linkage (304a) configured to be pivotally coupled to the tool bar (22); a lower main linkage (304b) having a first end (310a) and a second end (310a), the second end (310b) of the lower main linkage (304b) configured to be pivotally coupled to the tool bar (22), the lower main linkage (304b) being positioned below, and parallel to, the upper main linkage (304a); a base unit (302) having an upper portion (324) and a lower portion (326), the upper portion (324) being pivotally coupled to the first end (310a) of the upper main linkage (304a) and the first end (310a) of the lower main linkage (304b); an upper arm (306) pivotally coupled to a lower portion (326) of the base unit (302) to rotate about a first axis of rotation (356e), the upper arm (306) having an upper central segment (346), an upper proximal end (368), and an upper distal end (370), the upper proximal and distal ends (368, 370) being at opposing ends of the upper arm (306) and offset from each other in a direction that is parallel to the first axis of rotation (356e), the upper proximal end (368) adapted for pivotal coupling to the first row unit (50a), the upper distal end (370) configured for pivotal coupling to the second row unit (50b); and a lower arm (308) pivotally coupled to the lower portion (326) of the base unit (302) to rotate about a second axis of rotation (356f), the lower arm (308) having a lower central segment (346), a lower proximal end (368), and a lower distal end (370), the lower proximal and distal ends (368, 370) being at opposing ends of the lower arm (308) and offset from each other in a direction that is parallel to the second axis of rotation (356f), the lower proximal end (368) adapted for pivotal coupling to the first row unit (50a), the lower distal end (370) configured for pivotal coupling to the second row unit (50b).
